Lets take the stress out of shopping. Shop our biggest selection of products from the comfort of your home and select Click & Collect to have your shopping delivered to our Sharjah Warehouse for Free.

1. Place your order online.

Add your items in the basket as normal, but when placing your order choose ‘Click & Collect’ from the delivery options.

2. Choose a store.

Select your preferred warehouse from the drop down list.

3. Complete Order.

Follow the rest of the checkout process to complete your order.

4. Email Confirmation.

You will receive an Order Confirmation Email to confirm your order is placed.

Your order will then be processed and delivered to your chosen store. We aim to deliver all Click & Collect orders within 1-2 working days as stated in our delivery conditions.

If ordering to the Remote Areas, we aim to deliver within 5 working days. When it arrives you will receive a second email advising that your order is ready for collection.

5. Collect Your Order.

Please bring your confirmation email or order number with you, and collect your order from your chosen store.

If you do not collect your order within 10 days your order will be cancelled and you will be issued with a full refund automatically. Please note, your refund may take 3-5 days to appear in your account.

Our Warehouse in Sharjah Publishing City , currently offer Click & Collect.

It’s totally free Simply select ‘Click & Collect’ from the delivery options at the basket. 

We aim to deliver all Click & Collect orders within 1-2 working days. If your order is delayed you will receive an email notification advising you of the delay.

We’ll send you a confirmation email as soon as your parcel is ready to collect. This contains instructions and your order number, which you will need to pick up your parcel.  

Take your confirmation email or order number to our warehouse  and a member of staff at the till will retrieve your parcel.

No ID is required, simply bring your order number or confirmation email. If you don’t have either of those, please provide some ID (Passport, Driving Licence, payment card).

Yes, someone else can pick up your parcel as long as they have the order number and confirmation email that is sent to you.  

Your order will be held in store for 10 days. If you have not collected your order you will receive an email reminder after 7 days. If you have not collected your order after 10 days your order will be cancelled and you will be issued with a full refund automatically. Please note, your refund may take 3-7 days to appear in your account.

No, unfortunately no changes can be made to the delivery method once the order has been placed.  

If any item is damaged or missing you can get a full refund immediately. If you would like a replacement the store staff will need to issue a web refund for that item and you can make another purchase either in store or online. Alternatively you can contact us online and we will resolve the issue for you.

You can return items for refund or replacement within 7 days of purchase. If you wish to return something please contact us online.

 If you haven’t received an email informing you that your order is ready to collect from warehouse, please check the junk folder of your email application (e.g. Outlook, Mail, Gmail etc). If you’re still unable to find the email, please contact us online.
